Welcome to the Two Harbors Winter Frolic
The Two Harbors Winter Frolic is hosted by the Two Harbors Area Chamber of Commerce in February sponsored by Chamber Members, local businesses and the city of Two Harbors, it's meant to embrace the cold winter months we have up here on the North Shore. The activities are sponsored by Chamber Members and local businesses. There's plenty to do for small kids and big kids alike! Try out the sliding hill, make a s'more on the open fire, watch the Vintage Snowmobiles ride, take a free horse drawn sleigh ride or participate in the Smoosh or Outhouse Race! Dunnigan's on First Avenue is donating $1.00 per pint of Winter Frolic Ale sold to the Winter Frolic fund.
*Setting up snow sculpture boards, tending the bon fires,
helping put up lights, make ice luminaries.*
Two Harbors 2010 Winter Frolic will take place Thursday, Feb 4th through Sunday, Feb 7th. Lots of fun family activities are plan for the event including snow sculptures, bonfire with music, photo scavenger hunt, pancake breakfast, sliding hill, vintage snowmobile show and of course the smoosh and outhouse races and much, much more.
